Returns policy

As it is a hygiene article, it cannot be returned, except for the fact that the product arrives damaged or in poor conditions.

Our return policy lasts 10 calendar days from the receipt of your order. Once this period has elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

However, under any unfavorable situation that may occur, we invite you to contact us at, indicating the reference, the article, the payment receipt and the reason for the return; we will look for the formula to guarantee your satisfaction.


To process a return, your item must not have been used and be in the same condition in which you received it (labels, documentation, original items or accessories that come with it and original packaging).

In general, there are several products that are exempt from refund. Consumable or perishable items such as food, flowers or the like, can not be returned, as well as intimate products, health products, which have been in contact with food, or any other type of product that can be classified in the same way.

    To complete your return, contact us including proof of purchase, and indicate the reference, photos, the article and the reason for the return. Please, do not return your purchase directly without our agreement to avoid misunderstandings.


      If a return is processed, once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If the result is favorable, your refund will be processed and an automatic payment will be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within the following 14-21 working days.

      Late or missing refunds:

      If you have not received your refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your bank company debit or credit card, since there is a processing time to be credited to your account.

      If you have done all the above and have not yet received your refund, please contact us so we can solve the situation.

      Replacements or exchanges:

      We only replace items that are defective from the manufacturing process or are damaged. If you receive your purchase in poor conditions, please contact us during the 10 calendar days from the receipt of your order, indicating the reference, the article, the reason for replacement and photographs to show and check the accuracy of the incident. We will take care of indicating you the corresponding instructions so that your product is replaced by a new one.


      To return your product, please contact us according to what has been previously indicated and we will inform you of how to proceed. The payment of the costs of the return shipment are at your expense.

      Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Depending on your location, the time needed to exchange the item may vary.

      If you submit an item with an amount greater than €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

      We reiterate that, in any case and under any circumstance, we will try to guarantee your satisfaction, either by managing one of the above options, making a special offer on the active item in those moments that you like, or even offering a specific discount for your next purchase.
